• • Advertisement & Digital Promotion Package

    • Target Reach: Up to 300,000+ online audience within one year*

    • Advertisement Banners:
      Six banners of various sizes (based on available space) will be placed at high-visibility locations throughout the Event Hall — including the main entrance, check-in area, and cafeteria zone.
      Each banner will include a QR code directing visitors to your business page or preferred custom link.

    • Event Notifications:
      A total of 8 promotional notifications will be sent over 2 days to all attendees, exhibitors, and vendors.

    • Digital Displays:
      Every other hour, your advertisement banner will appear once per hour on 3 LED screens inside the event hall — with or without sound, depending on content format.

    • Email Visibility:
      All outgoing emails to vendors, exhibitors, and attendees will include your advertisement placement.

    • Performance Reports:
      Detailed advertising performance reports will be emailed twice a year.

    • Social Media Integration:
      At least one social media link (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or your website) is required to redirect your advertisement.

    • Design Requirements:
      You must provide ready-to-print artwork in JPEG format (Letter size).

    • Flyer Distribution:
      Up to 3,000 flyers will be distributed by event staff within the Event Hall — if flyers are provided for the current year’s event.

    • No Additional Costs:
      No Pay-Per-Click or impression-based charges apply.a
